For any and all products sold by LOOK$AMILLION there are only TWO reasons a full refund will be issued, (1) If the customer requests a refund within 24 hours of placing the order, and or before the order has been shipped. (2) If the customer receives items and has not opened and/or worn the product and has returned (SHIPPED) the item back to LOOK$AMILLION within a 48 hour period of requesting a refund. *CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SHIPPING FEE TO RETURN ANY ITEMS TO L$AM! ONLY CARRIER TO RETURN ITEMS TO BE USED IS VIA UPS. CUSTOMER WILL BE REFUNDED FULL AMOUNT ONCE PRODUCT HAS BEEN RECEIVED AND INSPECTED BY LOOK$AMILLION

ANY OTHER CONCERNS REGARDING A REFUND WILL NEED TO BE DISCUSSED WITH OWNER OF L$AM VIA EMAIL.

L$AM takes 1-2 business days on all orders. Shipping is a flat rate of $7.00. If you spend $50 or more your shipping fee will be free. Orders processed on Saturday after 2pm and on Sundays will not ship out until that following Monday. We ship via UPS, your tracking number will always be for this carrier.
